About us
A network company that writes its own software
Kigz Technologies Networks started as a small wireless ISP serving a handful of estates in Eldoret. The tools we needed to bill customers and watch the network did not exist at a price that made sense, so we built them. Today we do both for others.

Our story
From one mast to a network
Our first customers were neighbours who were tired of expensive, unreliable connections. We put up a mast, bought bandwidth and learned quickly that keeping a network up is mostly about process, monitoring and honest communication.
Running a network taught us what software has to survive in the real world: power cuts, patchy mobile data, and customers who pay by M-Pesa at midnight. That experience now shapes every system we build for schools, clinics, shops and other ISPs.
We are still a small team, and we like it that way. You talk to the engineers who do the work, and the person who sold you the plan is the one who picks up when you call.
Values
What we hold ourselves to
Reliability first
An ISP lives or dies on uptime. We design the network, and our software, to stay up.
Straight talk
Clear pricing, honest timelines and a real person on the phone when something breaks.
Local roots
We build for the Kenyan market: M-Pesa, intermittent power, and real bandwidth costs.
Build what we use
Our billing, provisioning and monitoring tools are our own. We sell what works for us.
